Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing fault) are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive the return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please share clear photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund based on your preference.
